Forest Heights Deck

Forest Heights Deck

WHAT: Design with a View

WHERE: Portland, OR

Our Customers back yard is on a hill side and has a terrific woodland view that the did not want to obstruct with traditional wooden deck railings. The solution was to use a 4" wire Mesh between major posts to give this deck a modern airy look.

We installed heavy duty support beams underneath the deck flooring of this two tier deck to make a structurally sound design that will withstand the many changing seasons for many years to come.

WHAT: Kitchen Makeover

WHERE: Lincoln City, OR

Our home owner wanted to bring in a new counter top in ocean wave colors and a glass tile back splash to compliment the beautiful sea greens and aqua blues through out her Ocean front home.

The warm colors of her existing Oak wood grain cabinets and her white appliances helped to create a new inviting kitchen. The result is quite a stunning fresh new look.

Oswego Deck & Pagoda

WHAT: Deck & Pagoda

WHERE: Lake Oswego, OR

Our Client's large existing Deck and small Pagoda had lots of structural problems and rotting boards. DLC tore down the old deck and created a much larger and well supported deck to last through many seasons to come.

With added features like this beautiful new Pagoda and the rod iron handrails, our client gained an outside room for the family to entertain guests at pool side and an are to relax under all year round.

WHAT: Kitchen Remodel

WHERE: Tualatin, OR

DLC had the pleasure of creating an entirely new Kitchen for our Client. It started with a new modern layout by taking out existing walls and opening up the floor plan.

Beautiful new windows not only let in more natural light but gave the family more room to entertain and cook meals together.

The clean line white cabinets, natural wood laminate flooring and Aqua glow glazed tiles all set in with the Stainless Steel appliances brought their vision of a new kitchen to a very happy reality.

WHAT: Kitchen Remodel

WHERE: Macadam Avenue

Our Client had a very narrow galley kitchen in their condo along the Willamette River that they wished to open up to let all the natural light in.

We took out several existing walls and replaced their heavy looking Oak cabinets with new light grey wood grain cabinets. New counter tops using Carrara white quartz and Elevae sand castle chestnut plank flooring gave them the vision they were looking for.

The end result was a gorgeous kitchen with enough  room to enjoy cooking together and sharing with friends and family. What a great update to a central room of the home.
