Don Lunan Construction was great! Don and his crew are very professional and the price was right. These guys know their stuff.
We had a large front deck, 30 feet long and about 40 years old. It was showing its age, was getting dangerous and needed to be completely replaced. Don Lunan Construction looked like a good outfit to do the work. Don made a competitive bid and we signed the contract.
Don's crew dismantled our old deck in one day and they hauled away all of the debris. They rebuilt the entire deck with all exterior ceder planking and incredibly sturdy fir supports.It's bound to last another 40 years. I wholeheartedly recommend Don Lunan Construction LLC.

Don Lunan and his carpenters undertook three carpentry projects in my home, including building craftsman-style porch rails that are a genuine masterpiece. My neighbors keep complimenting the results. He and his crew are punctual, courteous, and above all they do top notch work. I also appreciated Don's thoughtfulness in proposing solutions for each of the projects that saved money and achieved a better result than I had thought possible. Don Lunan is a great carpentry contractor all around. Two thumbs up!

I had a great experience working with Don Lunan and his crew. He was our General Contractor for our Kitchen remodel in our 2bd/2ba Condo in Johns Landing.
First off, the place looks fantastic
The initial estimate was quite reasonable. We spent a few thousand dollars more that that initial estimate, but that was all based around our decisions working with Don and nothing felt forced. Basically we chose to add a few extra projects to the job that made sense in the context of making things nicer in our home. It was money well spent.
Don did a fantastic job connecting us with his preferred Vendors for our floors, kitchen cabinets and any thing we needed. We feel like we have nice products that we didn't have to over pay for. Don's crew were all very professional and courteous while working in our home with our family as we were in and out during the process. Don is a very good communicator and kept us informed on how the schedule was going and all the necessary changes that needed to be made.
To summarize, Don Lunan is a straight shooter who will make your place look real nice for a fair price and he's a nice guy to boot.

I have been so lucky to find Don Lunan Construction. Don has built a fence an gate for me and is now working on the electrical and finishing on the inside of my studio.
All of the people that he has working with him are very professional and conscientious. Schedule and bids (which are fair) are adhered to and there have been no surprises.
Now that I have found a great contractor I now hope to get some other projects done.It has been such a blessing to find someone that is fair, honest and has a strong work ethic. He's pretty patient regarding slight changes I make. He is also willing to tell me what are my best options are and works to stay within my budget.
